Richard is the original owner and founder of Carico International. He has over 42 years in the Direct Selling Business. He has created the entire infrastructure and processes at Carico which include the development and sourcing of products, on site-manufacturing facility visits to ensure the highest quality products, creation of all the back office operations including accounting, collections, credit approval processes, IT, Legal, warehousing and distribution. Richard sits on the board of the Direct Selling Association and is known throughout the industry as an innovator and a visionary leader.

Rob joined Carico 3 years ago to enhance the marketing and sales staff. Rob has over 21 years of experience in the direct sales management and applies his experience to Carico International operations; logistics; product development and distributor development. Rob was very instrumental in Carico launch of it health and wellness products into European and the Russian markets. He previously worked as an attorney in private practice, served as Corporate Counsel for The Scott Fetzer Company and International President of The Kirby Company. Rob received an AB from the University of Michigan and JD from Ohio State University.

Vice President of Business Development

Sandra joined Carico in July, 1995. She began in the accounting department, but eventually moved into a supervisory role in Customer Service. Sandra’s experience in multiple aspects of Carico’s business allow her to provide quick, thoughtful assistance to Carico customers.  Sandra is instrumental in managing the installation of our water filters and mattresses.

Debbie joined Carico 1991 and is primarily responsible for supporting Carico’s wholesale distributors. This includes assisting distributors with ordering and freight and teaching new distributors about Carico’s policies and procedure. Debbie also manages Carico’s award programs. She also as a liaison between the field and Carico’s Accounting Department.

Deborah Collura

Executive Coordinator

Manju has been affiliated with Carico for over 37 years. She was in the field recruiting and had consistently grown her sales team for 16 years. She has developed and maintained a down line of superior managers that are still with the company today. She was asked to join the executive staff to grow the retail operations. She joined the staff 21 years ago and is in charge of retail operations and the marketing department. She is involved in the retail side of the annual conventions and the incentive trips; development of the marketing tools and sales aids for the retail consultants. She trains; recruits and visits our retail office to ensure of consistent application of the policies and procedures from the retail standpoint.

Manju Torres

Vice President of Retail Sales

Joe has worked for Carico for over 4 decades managing numerous departments including retail sales and sales management, the collection department and Sales Administration. He has worked in the local sales offices with the national US distributors and has traveled throughout the world developing; recruiting and teaching the Carico way to many International Offices and Independents. He works with the Executive Management Team on numerous special projects including the annual convention; development of marketing tools and programs to enhance sales and the retention of the sales and management teams.

Joe DiCiacco

Vice President of Wholesale Sales

Julie joined Carico over 30 years ago, starting out as an accounting clerk, opening and posting retail payments in the morning and filing wholesale invoices and statements in the afternoon. Julie showed an amazing aptitude for accounting and steadily added more responsibilities, all the while completing her degree in Accounting at Florida Atlantic University AND while and raising a family. She is Carico’s Accounting Supervisor, preparing the financial statements for Carico International, reviewing wholesale transmittals, posting wholesale payments and reviewing all wholesale AR accounts. When anyone has a financial related question, she is the go to person.

Christian started in Carico in 1984 at the age of 20. He was newly married. He need extra income to supplement his earnings as a Respiratory therapist.
Christian received his first check a few weeks after he started and realized the opportunity he had with Carico. He promptly proceeded to quit the Hospital.
Now, 30 years later he has worked all areas of the business; from top personal sales, top district, top first generation, top office, many times in all areas, now running operations in many different countries.

Charles Davenport

Vice President Administration

Ernie Spardy was educated in computer programming at the University of Pittsburgh and Florida Atlantic University. He has extensive work experience on a variety of projects in different industries, including building an IT team and infrastructure from scratch for a large international company.
In 1990 Ernie began as a Programmer at Carico International.  His work on Carico’s custom programs for commissions, order processing, customer service and collections provided him with an in depth understanding and working knowledge of the business.  He was promoted to Vice President of IT and Operations. During the past four years Ernie and the Carico IT team have completed and deployed several large projects – including re-platforming Carico’s Revolving Accounts Receivable and Retail Commissions systems to the AS400,  automated international order processing, online order entry for distributors, and numerous infrastructure improvements.

David Hess has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania.  David started his career as a Certified Public Accountant focusing on Certified Audits, personal and corporate tax returns, and monthly accounting write-ups.  After several years, David moved into the private working with a prominent real estate developer.  David started working for Carico in November 1989 as Assistant Controller and was promoted to Controller.
